Then we'll meet with you and all the team members involved to give a brief on how we're going to manage followups, what we need from them, and most importantly how we're going to assist them in closing deals. They may need to help us go through the existing leads to add notes, but that's a one-time thing and we do the heavy lifting.
It doesn't take long at all. We need 1-2 days after our first meeting before we're ready to rock n' roll.
It's pretty simple for them. We'll notify them if they have to do anything, like add a note or if they have a call scheduled.
We will do all the admin and data entry we can, so your team isn't spending time on that. If there are any notes or info that we need your team to add we'll reach out (and keep bugging them until they do it).
